New Jersey weather is typically unpredictable, almost, one might say, whimsical. Yesterday I was out in a t-shirt, sweating profusely as I got some yard work done in 75-degree temperatures. Today we have sleet and freezing rain. It’s miserable out there. We briefly lost power, and it wouldn’t be a surprise if it happens again, nor will it be a surprise if we have a few downed trees. So, for those of you who aren’t accustomed to NJ weather, this might seem really strange. It is to us Jerseyans, too, but mostly because this kind of weather usually waits until the second week in April. Heh.
