I have to pat myself on the back here – I’ve done a lot of landscaping changes without spending money, just moving plants around.  It helps to have been gardening long enough to know which plants can be hacked apart to make new ones, and which ones make roots from cuttings. . .all that stuff. 

The cats, of course, think I put the pond up just so they could have running water to drink from.  And a lovely place to pose and show off their natural beauty.  Witness Calvin:
